Talent Innovation is an independent recruitment firm that operates on a contingency fee basis, however we can also offer flexibility in terms of a sliding scale volume rate, flat fee or consulting arrangement depending on the size and scope of the assignment. We are committed to working with you and your team to help achieve your recruitment objectives, while being able to accommodate various budgets or working models.

  • Full Service Recruitment

    As seasoned headhunters, we help you secure game-changing talent. We market your opportunity to top performers and use our connections and deep industry knowledge to identify and assess exceptional candidates. The process includes:

    • Understanding your hiring needs

    • Providing market intel and salary benchmarking

    • Sourcing and screening candidates

    • Presentation of candidate short list (top 3-5 candidates)

    • Stewarding entire hiring process including scheduling candidate interviews, ensuring a timely and engaging process that will result in a close

    • Offer negotiations

    • Professional reference checks

    Contingency fee structure (only paid if a successful candidate is hired): 18% of candidate’s annual first year salary

    NOTE: Volume fee rate of 16% applies for 3+ hires annually

  • Contract Recruitment

    In some cases, you might have a larger search mandate or department hire or just want to add some bench strength to your internal talent or HR team. We can work as a Contract Recruiter, partnering with you to run a series of highly collaborative and effective searches.

    We can help manage some or all of the internal recruiting processes ranging from writing and posting your job profiles to assessing candidates who have applied online or through referrals and conduct a simultaneous external search to benchmark these candidates against top talent in the market.

    Fees: $1000/day or $5000/week (equivalent to approx $150/hour)
